That fool resigned from Congress so he could be AG. For him to drop out of consideration after throwing away his career in Congress they must have some real shit on him.
My understanding is that he resigned in part to dodge the release of the ethics report. He thought he had the AG position locked in and knew that if he left Congress, they'd stop investigating him (since it was an internal rather than criminal proceeding). That just makes me think even more strongly that there must be some totally wild shit in that report.
Hopefully a dem will sack up and release what they've got. Not holding my breath on that tho

I think a lot of these weirdos 100% believe that Trump is about to have dictatorial-level power for the indefinite future, so any extra effort to stroke him off now is going to pay unlimited dividends in the future.
