Deep frying a battery - likely to make your whole kitchen turn crispy.

[-] Asudox@lemmy.world 7 points 8 months ago

The crispier the better.

Jesus Christ the thought of deep frying a lithium ion battery

[-] WarmSoda@lemm.ee 8 points 8 months ago

Right? This is so stupid. Everyone knows you have to leave it plugged in while frying it.

Excuse me but some of us are electron intolerant or positive charge sensitive. Please remember we exist.

I mean to be fair, we mentally fill in blanks with just four pictures that might be misleading. Maybe someone egged an iPhone then egged, breaded, and deep fried an appropriately sized block of spam.

I'm interest, but I need nutrition labels first

[-] MacNCheezus@lemmy.today 7 points 8 months ago

Honestly, if you’re on a diet I’d stay away from it. Not only is it high in saturated fat, but also full of heavy metals and likely contains a toxic dose of lithium.

[-] lugal@lemmy.ml 5 points 8 months ago

It's healthy. A lot of iron in it

[-] MacNCheezus@lemmy.today 4 points 8 months ago

iPhones are made from aluminum though
